Since I don't pay for the service I can't really fire them, but their hosting site is sucking wind. Anybody got any suggestions on where I can upload Mp3's and get a widget to plant into the margin? Oh yeah, it has to be free...

One reason I never bothered to try and host music, I knew I'd obsess about it.
As my late Grandpa Ern used to say, "you don't get what you don't pay for". I think he meant you get what you pay for, or there's no such thing as a free lunch or the like.
I've used Mozy, xDrive and MediaFire before. Each has good and bad points. Good luck, young buck!
Dude, I told you you could use Mydatabus on my account. I'm only using like .03% of my bandwidth. I can resend the directions.
